A 30-minute chronograph
The Miyota JS20 quartz chronograph records intervals of up to 30 minutes with a small hand on a subdial. A small seconds hand and a 24-hour indicator complete the dial.
A gradient blue dial
The blue dial is painted in a gradient and carries applied metal indexes. Super-LumiNova on the hands and indexes helps you read the time in low light.
A wave-cut bezel
The bezel is cut in a wave pattern, a nod to the Vilnelė River.
Named for the Vilnelė
Vilnelė is the diminutive of Vilnia, a name linked to the Lithuanian vilnis, “wave.” The river flows through Vilnius and meets the Neris below Castle Hill.
The details
The Japanese-made Miyota JS20 quartz chronograph movement powers the hours, minutes, small seconds, 30-minute chronograph, and 24-hour indicator.
The 316L stainless steel case measures 39 mm across, 46.5 mm lug to lug, and 11.9 mm thick. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating covers the dial. The crown and solid case back screw down, and water resistance is rated at 100 meters.
The watch comes with a blue leather strap and a silicone strap, both 20 mm at the lugs and fastened with a buckle. It ships in a Vostok Europe compact box.

What is the Vilnelė?
The river that runs through Vilnius past Castle Hill. Vilnelė is the diminutive of Vilnia, a name linked to the Lithuanian vilnis, wave, and the bezel of the line is cut in a wave to match it. Vostok Europe was founded in Vilnius, Lithuania, in 2003. It introduced Japanese movements in 2010 and stopped using Russian movements in 2014.
How hard is the sapphire crystal?
Synthetic sapphire sits at 9 on the Mohs scale, just under diamond, so everyday abrasives leave it unmarked. The dome directs reflections toward the rim, and the coating reduces the rest.
How does the case size affect the fit on the wrist?
The distance between the lugs is 46.5 mm. That span across the top of the wrist matters more for fit than the 39 mm case diameter.
Who makes the movement?
Miyota, part of Citizen, in Japan. Vostok Europe has used Japanese movements since 2010, and the case is assembled in Lithuania around a Japanese quartz caliber.
