Vostok Europe Vilnelė Quartz Chronograph Watch with Green Dial.
Limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide. The Vilnelė line takes the name of the river that runs through Vilnius past Castle Hill, whose name means little wave in Lithuanian. The Vilnelė Chronograph times intervals to 30 minutes on a small sub-dial hand. The case measures 39 mm in stainless steel 316L, 11.9 mm deep.
The Miyota JS20 quartz chronograph calibre, made in Japan, drives hours, minutes, seconds and a 24-hour indicator, beneath a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The crown and case back screw down, under a bezel cut in a wave.
The gradient green dial carries applied metal indexes, with yellow gold PVD on the bezel. Super-LumiNova coats the hands and indices. It ships with a green leather strap, 20 mm at the lugs, closed by a buckle.

What is the Vilnelė?
The river that runs through Vilnius past Castle Hill. Its name means little wave in Lithuanian, and the bezel of the line is cut in a wave to match it. Vostok Europe has built its watches in Vilnius, Lithuania, since August 2003, on Russian movements until 2014 and Japanese movements since.
How hard is the sapphire crystal?
Synthetic sapphire sits at 9 on the Mohs scale, just under diamond, so everyday abrasives leave it unmarked. The dome carries reflections to the rim, and the coating cuts the rest.
Does it wear as big as the diameter suggests?
The distance between the lugs decides that, and here it is 46.5 mm. That span sits across the top of the wrist and matters more than the 39 mm of the case.
Who makes the movement?
Citizen Miyota Co. in Japan. Vostok Europe used Russian movements until 2014 and Japanese suppliers since, so the case is assembled in Lithuania around a Japanese quartz calibre.
