Briston Streamliner Kennedy Quartz Chronograph Watch with White Dial.
Streamliner Kennedy is the square collection of the Streamliner line, drawn for the Sporting Life of polo grounds and golf weekends, with a lapis lazuli cabochon in the crown at 12 o’clock. Into the square, the Streamliner Kennedy Chrono fits three chronograph counters: 60 minutes at 9 o’clock, 24 hours at 3 and the chronograph seconds at 6. The vertical brushed stainless steel case with cellulose acetate sides measures 38.5 mm across and 11.25 mm thick.
Inside the case, a Japanese Miyota JS20 quartz movement powers the chronograph to within 20 seconds a month beneath a domed mineral crystal. The polished 316L case back screws down, and an SR621SW battery lasts approximately 3 years.
A black subdial, hollowed Roman and Arabic numerals, a guilloché center and chamfered counters, and white chronograph hands are set over the silvered white two-layer dial. Super-LumiNova C1 inserts sit on the brushed steel dauphine hands and the lacquered counter hands. A matte chocolate FKM rubber strap in two parts, 20 mm wide, is secured by a brushed steel pin buckle with a removable FKM loop.

What inspired the Streamliner Kennedy?
The collection was designed for the Sporting Life, from polo grounds to golf weekends. Briston, the independent French brand founded by Brice Jaunet in 2013, offers it in quartz or automatic versions with interchangeable straps. The Streamliner line takes its shape from the Streamline movement of the late 1930s.
What is set in the crown?
A lapis lazuli cabochon, set into the polished steel crown at 12 o’clock, a detail shared across the Streamliner Kennedy collection.
What do the three counters show?
Elapsed minutes up to 60 at 9 o’clock, the 24 hours at 3 and the chronograph seconds at 6, started and stopped with pusher A and reset with pusher B.
How water resistant is it?
Rated to 5 ATM, or 50 m, it is meant for moderate contact with water such as hand-washing, rain or a shower, according to the Briston manual.
Which battery does it take?
An SR621SW battery, rated for about 3 years. A watchmaker can change it and check the seals of the screw-down case back at the same time.
