Vostok Europe Jurgis Kairys Unlimited Aerobatics Quartz Chronograph Watch with Black Dial.
Limited to 500 pieces worldwide. The Jurgis Kairys line is developed with the Lithuanian aerobatic pilot and multiple World Grand Prix of Aerobatics champion. Its colors are drawn from his SU-31. The Jurgis Kairys Chronograph measures intervals of up to 60 minutes on a cockpit-style dial. The stainless steel 316L case measures 46 mm in diameter and 16.5 mm thick.
The Japanese-made Miyota 6S21 quartz chronograph caliber powers the hours, minutes, seconds, and date. A domed K1 crystal with anti-reflective coating covers the dial. The case back is solid and screws down.
The black dial sits in a case finished in black PVD. Super-LumiNova coats the hands and indices. The red silicone strap inspired by the pilot's SU-31 measures 22 mm at the lugs and fastens with a buckle.

Who is Jurgis Kairys?
A Lithuanian aerobatic pilot and aeronautical engineer, multiple World Grand Prix of Aerobatics overall champion and the first pilot to perform the Cobra in a fixed-wing aircraft. The strap draws its colors from the livery of his SU-31. Vostok Europe has built its watches in Vilnius, Lithuania, since August 2003, using Russian movements until 2014 and Japanese movements since.
What is K1 crystal?
A synthetic crystal that combines the shock resistance of hardened mineral glass with scratch resistance close to that of sapphire. On these cases, it has an anti-reflective coating to improve readability.
Does it wear as big as the diameter suggests?
The distance between the lugs determines that, and here it measures 54.7 mm. That span extends across the top of the wrist and matters more than the 46 mm case diameter.
Who makes the movement?
Citizen Miyota Co. in Japan. Vostok Europe used Russian movements until 2014 and Japanese suppliers since, so the case is assembled in Lithuania around a Japanese quartz caliber.
