The parcel arrived with messy git wrap I paid for. I emailed [****] with photos of the parcel when it had just arrived, showing the poor gift wrapping condition, but no one replied my email. There seemed to be no intention from you to offer any solutions. Will not buy again because of disappointing customer service.
