Bauhaus Aviation Titanium Quartz Chronograph Watch with Beige Dial.
The Aviation Titanium line gives the classic analog pilot’s watch a satin-finished case. The Titanium Chronograph sets three subdials and a date window at 4 o’clock, in a titanium case 42 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick.
A sapphire crystal covers the Swiss Ronda 5130.D quartz movement that powers the watch. The battery lasts approximately 2 years, after which a watchmaker can replace it.
The luminous beige dial is marked by white numerals and indices, with luminous hands to match. The watch is fitted with a dark brown leather strap measuring 22 mm at the lugs, secured by a pin buckle.

Is titanium good for sensitive skin?
Titanium is regarded as hypoallergenic and contains only trace amounts of nickel, and Bauhaus uses it for every case of the Aviation Titanium line.
Where is it made?
In Ruhla, Thuringia, where precision parts have been made since 1862 and watches since 1892, and where the VEB Uhrenwerk Ruhla once built millions of watches. POINTtec, the family company founded in 1987 that designs every model in-house, assembles them in its own listed Bauhaus building of 1929, which is also home to the Ruhla watch museum. The movement is Swiss.
How does the chronograph work?
The upper pusher starts and stops the timing, the lower pusher resets it, and the subdials record the elapsed time.
Can I swim with it?
The case is rated to 10 bar, enough for swimming, and the leather strap sets the limit — water soaks into leather and breaks it down. Keep the watch to rain and hand-washing, and fit a rubber or metal strap of the same lug width before swimming.
How well does the crystal hold up?
Sapphire sits at 9 on the Mohs scale and ranks among the most scratch-resistant materials in watchmaking, so few things encountered in normal wear will mark it. A violent knock can still crack it.
