Ball Engineer Master II Skindiver Heritage pairs a blue day-and-date dial with a unidirectional ceramic bezel and mu-metal magnetic shielding.
An external ceramic bezel gives the Skindiver Heritage a timing scale around the sapphire crystal. It turns in one direction to follow elapsed time independently of the main hands, with luminous markings that remain readable after dark. The dial keeps the time, weekday, and date together inside that ring, letting the two time readings be followed at once. The ceramic surface also resists scratching and color fading from ultraviolet exposure.
Fifteen sealed tritium gas tubes illuminate the hands and dial without needing exposure to light. The COSC-certified Ball RR1102-C automatic movement has a 38-hour power reserve. A mu-metal shield of nickel, iron, copper, and molybdenum redirects static and low-frequency magnetic fields around the movement, providing resistance to 80,000 A/m (1,000 gauss).
The stainless steel case measures 42 mm across and 15.2 mm thick, with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and screw-down crown. The watch has a 5,000 Gs shock-resistance rating, and the case is water-resistant to 30 atm. A stainless steel bracelet closes with a folding clasp.
The ceramic bezel turns in one direction outside the case, around the sapphire crystal. Its scale provides an elapsed-time reference independently of the main hands, leaving the time, weekday, and date available on the dial.
No. This watch uses 15 tritium gas tubes. Tritium inside each sealed glass tube activates a luminous coating continuously, without a battery or prior exposure to light. The glow gradually fades as the tritium decays, with a half-life of about 12.3 years.
A mu-metal shield redirects static and low-frequency magnetic fields around the mechanical movement. This helps keep those fields from disturbing its rate. The watch is rated to 80,000 A/m (1,000 gauss); stronger magnetic fields can exceed that protection.
It passed independent chronometer testing over 15 days, in five positions and at three temperatures. The permitted average daily rate during the test is -4 to +6 seconds. This traditional test is performed before the movement is cased, so the watch’s rate in daily wear can vary.
After setting or winding, return the crown to its closed position and screw it fully into the case before contact with water. Correct closure of the crown and case, together with the condition of the seals, is needed for the rated water resistance. Seals change with age, so the rating does not mean water resistance remains unchanged throughout the watch’s life. Follow Ball’s care and service instructions.
Yes, we are an Official Ball Authorized Dealer, and an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.
With over 15 years in the luxury market, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of every piece we sell.
Your order arrives brand new in its original Ball packaging, with all official documentation and the Ball warranty card, stamped and dated by us.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage — and on watches, it doesn't cover straps, bracelets, or batteries.
