Additional information:
  • This series of Pelikan is dedicated to Gustav Stresemann (1879- 1929), Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Weimar. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1926. The Stresemann suit is characterized by its classical style consisting of a smooth black or anthracite gray jacket and black and gray striped trousers. This motif results in this series made of a piston fountain pen, a pen and a roller. The body parts of anthracite gray of this pen are carefully made in cellulose acetate.

A Beautiful Pelikan

I own several Pelikan pens. I only own four rollerball pens each from a different company and this Stresemann is not only beautiful it is a pleasure to hold and is as smooth as silk. I think that it rolls smoother than my other rollerball pens. The way it catches the light on its grey striped body is more interesting than the traditional green and black. It is a beautiful instrument.

Poor Quality

The main body of the pen came away from the rest of the pen in the first week meaning I have had to superglue the two pieces back together. Not good for a £165 pen!!!
