I ordered a fountain pen from this website, which shipped from a location in Spain. When difficutlies arose at US customs, I contacted Iguanasell's customer service and received help from Javier, who did an excellent job - he immediately stepped in and within 24 hours, the problem was resolved, and I received my pen 2 days later. Excellent service, great selection, nice website, and responsive customer service - very recommendable.

I am very happy with both the watch and the customer service received from Iguana Sell. The watch is unique, handsome, and very versatile with the day date complication. It would serve well as either an everyday watch or a dress watch. Mine runs about +7 seconds a day so far, which is fine for a watch of this cost. The leather strap is actually very nice, which is an anomoly for a watch in this price range. It might bother some that the rotor on this watch is pretty loud (especially on a NATO), but I do not care. I wish the watch had more than 50M of water resistance.

Iguana Sell kept me informed of the status of my order and shipping to the US via FedEx was very fast.

I have not received my purchase yet. It is stuck in customs apparently!!!!

The pen itself is very impressive, looks even better in real life. Found that some inks had hard start issues but after changing to an Iroshizuku ink it was fine. Nib writes like a dream - stub. The pen itself has some weight about it but the feel matches the price tag. Overall it's well balanced and pleased with the purchase.

The staff assistance from Iguana was good, they were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Not only is the pen beautiful and well-presented, but buying was a wonderful experience through IguanaSell. Emails indicated purchase had gone through and excellent communication throughout the rapid delivery process. They also offered the best price. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

The pen itself is smooth and faceted. It is weighty. A smooth writer. No issues at all. My preference would have been a metal with a warmer tone but Visconti doesn't seem to offer it. The included ink is somewhat more purplish fushia than the pen suggests, but it is a lovely fast-drying color. Perfect gift to myself.
