Is there any extra packaging and / or handling fee?
No! All our items have their handling and packaging fees included in the delivery rates, so no extra/hidden charges will be asked to pay after the purchase.
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after we print the shipping label through UPS.
If you don't receive it for some reason, please email us and we will resend it. Sometimes your email may block it. The email sender is " UPS Quantum View" and the email is "email@example.com"
Once you receive the tracking number, you may track it at the UPS website ( UPS Tracking) or get the contact information in this website: Contact UPS.
Please Note: A signature is required for delivery in order to protect you against theft. If no one will be there to sign for it, please contact us prior to shipment and we will make the necessary arrangements.
When will my item(s) be shipped?
We ship within 24-48 hours after the payment clearing, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that the different payment methods take different amount of time for clearing.
For example, a bank transfer is NOT instant. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days, compared with instant payment with a credit or debit card. Payments with PayPal funds are usually instant payments.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do NOT include the weekends or holidays.
How many times will UPS attempt delivery?
UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times. They will leave a note on your door if they attempted delivery and you were not there. For more info, please see UPS Delivery Attempts
Can I ship to a PO Box via UPS?
No, you cannot. UPS must have a street address to deliver.
If for some reason you only provide a PO Box shipping address to us, we will email you requesting your street address for UPS delivery or your permission to ship it via ordinary courier to your PO Box.
This will slow down the shipment due to the additional requirements necessary to ship your order to a PO BOx.
