RETURN / REFUND POLICY – The Iguana Sell Guarantee

We have an unconditional refund policy on all our items purchased, the Iguana Sell Guarantee. If item(s) are returned within fourteen (14) days upon reception, we will refund you the entire transaction amount, including shipping charges (if any).

To return us any item, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Write us an e-mail, or call us to inform us about your will to return an item purchased. We will arrange with you the address and time you want us to pick up the item.
  2. Please print in the return voucher we will send you by email.
  3. An UPS representative will drop by the arranged address at the agreed time to collect the packet with the returned item.

Upon reception in our premises, we will refund you the entire transaction amount.
