SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping charges are FREE for our clients in USA, Canada and within the European Union (EU).
  For other countries, Iguana Sell charges a flat rate of
  18 US $ (EIGHTEEN U.S. DOLLARS) for the first item, and 9 US $ (NINE U.S. DOLLARS) for additional items in combined shipping.

• Tracking information is always provided, so you can track the shipping status of your order and estimated delivery.
  All our packages are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure product accuracy and condition.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

Iguana Sell provides express shipping (overnight, by air) with UPS Express or FedEx International Priority.

Items are always dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your cleared payment, unless otherwise stated. Please note our warehouse does not ship on weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery time depends on the final destination of shipment:

European Union

1 to 2 business days -- UPS

USA & Canada

2 to 3 business days -- FedEx / UPS

Rest of the world

3 to 4 business days -- UPS

CUSTOMS FREE

Wherever you are in the world, we will prepay customs fee so all our prices are final prices.

Our full refund policy (the Iguana Sell Refund Guarantee) is the best insurance we can offer you! However, to provide you with additional guarantee, all our shipments are insured.
